very nice hospitality and good local food choices

Ambiance and service really good!

The hotel was nice and looks to once have been a very upscale hotel. It is a bit older now but the maids did a good job of cleaning the rooms. The restaurant and the restaurant staff were very nice. Food was good.

The desk staff did not seem able to take messages and relay them to the guest. I personally did not get a number of messages that were left for me. The hotel serves a lot of groups and is unable to get guidelines for conduct (noise) that keeps other guest up most of the night.

The pool area was a standout feature. Room cleanliness was commendable, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The location is further from the main attractions, but affordable taxis and buses made it manageable. The dining options included several gluten-free dishes.

Horrible! The staff would never give me my phone messages, were very rude, would not control the all night partying of over guests which kept me up all night.

The rooms were comfy and tranquil. I loved the attentive service, and the pool area was a nice touch. Plus, who doesn't enjoy sipping fresh coffee in the morning?

But, darling, those bathrooms? A bit of a horror show with cracked tiles and questionable cleanliness! And trying to get to the center reminded me of embarking on a little expedition!

I had a great stay at this upscale hotel in a beautiful suburb. The location was convenient, with free shuttles to and from downtown, saving me money on taxis. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially the housekeeping ladies who kept my room impeccably clean. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the cafe de olla provided a taste of local flavor. The pool and jungle gym were perfect for my kids to enjoy. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
